Refund Policy

We offer online store credit for returns. Online store credits cannot be redeemed at in-person show locations. All items must be returned with the original invoice and in the same condition they were received. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the shipped date. Once processed, an online store credit will be issued for the item price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To begin a return, please email support@courtofachievers.com with the reason it is being returned and the order number.

Why the restocking fee? A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee helps cover the time and materials required to inspect, repackage, recount and restock returned items so that every customer receives their order in perfect condition.

  • While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, or you feel your order is incomplete, please let us know via email: support@courtofachievers.com. Please include a picture of the imperfection or damage and your order number. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right. Once you receive instruction from us, the item must arrive back to our warehouse within 7 days of communication.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
  • Full quantity must be included in package
  • Items must have original packaging
  • Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
  • Item must be in new and unused condition

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • The Datebook Planner
  • Sale/Clearance Items 
  • Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make up erasers, headbands)
  • Items that are missing the full set
  • Items with bent corners
The above items listed are merely an example of Final Sales and shall not constitute an exhaustive list of Final Sales or “non-returnable” items. ** Court of Achievers reserves the right to deem ANY sale as “Final” even if not marked as “Final” and reserves the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer. All items must be returned to Court of Achievers within 30 days of the shipped date. Please email support@courtofachievers.com to request a refund and include the reason of why it is being returned and the order number.


  • Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. Court of Achievers is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer is be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
